Gobabis — The Omaheke Regional Council has sent back a report by the Regional Executive concerning the Build Together Housing Project which has come to a standstill after the contractor, Izak de Beer, informed council that he had run out of money even though he had received almost all the funds for the project.
The contractor has so far received N$2,9 million of the N$3,4 million tender.
