Nigeria: 4 Staff Arraigned for Theft of N.750m Company Property

Abuja — Four men and women named Godswill Paul, Godslove Davidson, Victoria Titilayo and Ladi Abu, all staff of a company based at Banex Plaza, Wuse II, Abuja, have been arraigned at a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Magistrate's Court sitting at Zone 6, Wuse, Abuja, for alleged joint act and theft.

The joint act and the theft was contrary to sections 79 and 288 of the penal code law. The prosecutor, Abdullahi Adamu accused the defendants of theft of the company's plastic identity card machine property worth N750,000.
