Luanda — The governor of the northern Zaire Province, Pedro Sebastiao, defended the need for major intervention in the building of national roads, to recover the economy and improve people´s living conditions, Angop has learnt.
Speaking at Luanda's 4 de fevereiro airport, Pedro Sebastiao said the development of any province depends on the free flow of people and goods and Zaire is not out of the national context.
