Luanda — The Culture minister, Boa Ventura Cardoso considered this Saturday here as urgent the elaboration of Angola's general history, due to enormous challenges of globalisation.
According to the minister, there is no time to lose, since the challenges proposed to the globalisation are imposed due to existence of with an individual cultural identity, which being based on the history of Angola and of the continent, are open to a heritage of values belonging to humanity.
Added that this work implies the contribution of educators and researchers of different subjects of the human science, social and natural area, engineers and others, are sources of precious information for the understanding of history.
The minister, who was speaking at the 3rd international meeting on Angola's History, recognised that the work will not be easy, because it includes temporal amplitude that can estimate a millennium and a geographic space that lies beyond the country's borders.
