6 October 2007

Adailo — The inhabitants of the Adailo administrative area in the Ara'eta sub-zone, Southern Red Sea region, are carrying out effective soil and water conservation activities.

Over 500 meters of water diversion schemes have been constructed through the campaign, which is in line with the ongoing efforts to achieve food security.

Moreover, the inhabitants of the Bihita administrative areas are undertaking similar activities to develop 110 hectares of land, in addition to leveling the land.

The Adailo administrative area, which is rich wildlife, is one of the nation's major tourist attractions.
