Ghana: Citizen Receives Human Rights Honour

Accra — Artists for Human Rights presented its International Human Rights Hero Awards for 2007 last Tuesday night at the id17621Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre International in Hollywood.

Recipients of this year's awards included Samuel Jacobs Abbey, Director of the International Center for Conflict and Human Rights Analysis in Ghana, Jack Healy, the Founder and Executive Director of the Human Rights Action Center and Martha Montoya, internationally renowned cartoonist.
