Barentu

Martyrs' families residing in the Gash Barka region expressed their appreciation for the government's monetary assistance in benefit scheme within their respective environs.

One of the beneficiaries of the assistance from the Ambori area, Mr. Kesete Tesfay noted that they were previously encountering transportation problems to get their payment from Barentu and lauded the government's efforts for its concern.

Mr. Yohannes Tesfaselasie from the National Insurance Corporation of Eritrea (NICE) on his part said that the main goal of paying martyrs' families within their respective villages is to enable them to utilize the entire benefit scheme they receive.

Reports indicated that families of fallen heroes in the Shelalo and Augaro areas will receive their benefit scheme payment for four months and the payment will continue in the rest of the sub zones.
