Rwanda could be on her way to attracting skilled labour from around the world if results of a United Nations study are to be implemented.
Undertaken by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) in conjunction with the commerce, industry, investment promotion, tourism and cooperatives ministry (MINICOM) and the Rwanda Investment and Export Promotion Agency (RIEPA), the action plan seeks a migration policy to attract entrepreneurs and urgently needed skilled workers to fill the labour deficit.
