Somalia: Explosions Rock the Capital

Mogadishu — At least four series explosions have rocked Mogadishu, the capital city of Somalia, on Thursday night as some reports suggest that four successive bomb explosions were heard through surrounding areas of the of Km4 in eastern Mogadishu.

It is not yet clears the extent damage of the explosions.

According to Mohammed Yare, a local resident, the explosions came after hand grenades lobbed at police pick up truck on it is way on the road leading to Aden Adde international airport.

After the explosion there have been bullets fired by the govt. police force who were on the pick up truck.

No one knows who got killed and who got hurt in the incidents.
