Uganda: Kevin Lyttle Coming Here

18 October 2007

Kampala — FIRST, it was rumoured that Kevin Lyttle was going to perform at Henry Tigan's album launch sometime back. That did not happen.

But this is not a rumour and we have it on good authority that Kevin Lyttle will hit town immediately after Kampala has sorted itself out with the CHOGM confusion.

Sleek Promotions Ltd is flying in Kevin Lyttle for two performances. The big star that he is, Lyttle is set to perform at the Lugogo Cricket Oval on December 7 and at Resort Beach Entebbe on December 9.

The singer will jet in with his full band in the company of acclaimed Jamaica dancehall maestro Spragga Benz.

Sources tell us that Lyttle will leave $1, 000 richer. Former Dembe FM programmes director, Bills Butodene, who is behind Sleek Promotions says they have also lined up Kenyan rapper DNA and Tanzanian's MB Dog as curtain raisers.

Lyttle is best known to Ugandan music fans for his song Turn Me On off his self-titled debut album. The singer recently toured Tanzania with Ugandan group Ngoni.
