Taylor also cautioned pupils to be careful about the friends they make because some of them will be their life time friends.
Acting Principal and National Director, Olatungie Woode told grandaunts that: "You have completed another one more step in your educational careers from a reputable institution like SOS Hermann Gmeiner International School.
"Those of you who produced good results will continue to feel good about yourselves. And today you all feel good about yourselves. I share this joy with you. You have brought dignity and respect to yourselves, your parents and the school. I wish you the best of luck in your higher level of education in whatever institution you choose to go," he said.
He added: "Go into the world and be of good courage.
Go forth with peace in your hearts. Render unto no man evil for evil but support the weak and help the afflicted. Be humble in all what you do for he that is down needs fear no fall." He urged them that if they don't seek perfection, they can never seek excellence.
National Educational Adviser, SOS, Sydee Yayah Koroma told the pupils that achievement of any kind is never a payless exercise.
He congratulated those who contributed to the success of the students.
"I would like to commend the National Director, Olatungie Woode for his high standard of discipline in the school, his support for and guidelines of those standards." He informed the gathering that SOS Hermann Gmeiner International was the only school with a student, Tenema Bayoh, who scored A1 in English, French, Literature and Business Management in the 2006/2007 WASSE.
Koroma further said that out of the 34 candidates for the examinations 23 were qualified to enter the university and 9 for other tertiary institutions.
The ceremony was chaired by a former SOS mother, Mrs.
Kadi Laccoh.
