South Africa: Man Sues Doctors for R4 Million

Two physicians at Constantiaberg Medi-Clinic face a damages claim of close to R4-million in a case in which a Camps Bay father claims that his wife died after the doctors' decision to administer dialysis was made too late.

Greer Rose Sandler was 40 when she died. Her husband, Barry Paul Sandler, is suing in his capacity as the executor of his wife's estate and as the father of their son and two daughters.
