RODDAB Construction Company is effectively implementing infrastructure and developmental projects worth 500 million Nakfa in different parts of the country, according to Engineer Tekleberhan Geresus, Manager of the company.

The projects comprise of the construction of the Azhara-Gulbub-Wekiro, Adi Abeito-Weki and the Keren-Asmat road networks, among others. Eng. Tekleberhan stated that the construction of a road running from Afabet to Nacfa at a cost of 3 million Nakfa is a challenging one, taking into consideration the tough terrain of the area.

He further pointed out that the Company is actively engaged in the construction of a road network linking Elabered with Adi-Neamin at a cost of about 100 million Nakfa. Eng. Tekleberhan further indicated that RODDAB is also carrying out different road renovation activities on the country's main and feeder roads. He added that the road repair works along the Adi Tekelezan-Keren-Hagaz, Gahtelai-Shi'eb, Serejeka-Shebah and She'ib-Azhara-Afabet lines attest to this fact.

Noting that the Company has introduced additional facilities and new designs, Eng. Tekleberhan stated that the construction company would step up its endeavors in the implementation of projects the Government has drawn up.
