Hotel Intercontinental Asmara received an award from the international organization, General Society for Surveillance, for its quality and efficient service.

The general manager of the Hotel, Mr. Giorgio Lanfranci, explained that the Hotel offers quality service in catering and recreational facilities and the award is well earned.

He further pointed out that Eritrea's tourism potential is still untapped and that Hotel Intercontinental Asmara plays its due role in promoting the development of the tourism sector. Mr. Giorgio Lanfranci said that Eritreans are friendly and hospitable people, and that this quality is making vital contribution to the success of the Hotel.
