Cabinda

The provincial director of the Migration and Foreigners Services (SME) in northern Cabinda province, Vidal Coutinho Saturday appealed to management boards of hotels in the region to increase the control to foreigners using their institutions.

The appeal results from the entry into force, next November 01, of the new Migration Law of the country aimed at fighting the illegal entry foreigners into the Angolan territory.

According to Vidal Countinho, hotels must have a stronger and efficient registration of foreigners, as a means of collaborating with SME.

The official said that this collaboration will enable a greater control to the situation of legality or illegality of foreign citizens heading to Cabinda for various reasons.
