Eritrea: Over 110 Graduate From Institute of Training, Education And Counseling

A total of 114 students graduated in diploma and certificate programs yesterday from the Institute of Training, Education and Counseling upon completing 9-month to 2-year courses in accounting and management.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony, the head of the Institute, Dr. Tesfai Haile, congratulated the graduates and pointed out that the Institute is striving to develop the nation's human resource capacity. He further called on parents of the graduating batch and partners to make due contribution to promoting the goals of the Institute.

A representative of the graduating batch on his part asserted that the group would make good use of the newly acquired knowledge to serving the people. Also speaking on the occasion, the director general of human resource development in the Ministry of Education, Mr. Petros Hailemariam, explained that the Government is making substantial investment towards developing human resource capacity. He also commended the privately owned Institute for working diligently to nurture competitive students.
