Luanda — The Angolan musician Caló Pascoal leaves Friday for England via Portugal to perform on Saturday at dawn and Sunday, in London, at a show allusive to the 32nd anniversary of Angola's Independence.
Speaking to ANGOP from Lisbon, where he has been staying since Thursday, the ex-member of the Necaf Brothers band announced for Sunday his return to the Portuguese capital for contacts with some foreign musicians who might participate in his new CD, the solo "Esperança Sagrada" album.
Caló Pascoal, one of the current most requested producers in Angola, also said that he expects to visit Brazil on November 15 to perform in another "show" slated for next November 17.
The event, he explained, will be promoted by the Angolan Consulate in that South American territory, in partnership with the Eduardo dos Santos Foundation (FESA).
The musician will present the Angolan community, residing in England and Brazil, famous songs like "Fim do Mundo", "Santa Mariazinha", "Titiriti", "Kizomba da Madrugada", "Olá Baby" and "É Bomba".
