Namibia: Nigerian Charged With Cocaine Smuggling

Windhoek — A 27-year-old Nigerian man was arrested at Otjomuise in Windhoek yesterday, after police allegedly caught him in possession of 52 grams of cocaine.

The value of the drug was estimated at N$28 600. The cocaine is believed to have been smuggled into the country through the Ariamsvlei border post. The suspect reported that he was in the country as a visitor.
