Nigeria: Environmental Agency to Sanction Cibi Industry

The National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) has said that it will sanction CIBI Nigeria Limited if it does not stop polluting the environment with its wastes.

In a release by the agency made available to Leadership WEEKEND, the director-general of the agency who was represented by the director of inspection and enforcement, Mrs. Ronke Soyombo, cautioned the granite, quarries and processing industry, stating that the federal government was not impressed with the mode of operations of the industry.
