Bujumbura — The provincial executive authorities and Members of the parliament elected by the constituency of Cibitoke still disagree about how to handle the issue of more than 700 students who have gone home fearing for their security after 800 FNL dissidents were relocated to Karuma, a location only 100 metres from their school.

He acknowledged that communal administrators of Cibitoke province are about to start a campaign to convince parents of the students to send their children back to this school.
