Asmara — The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Osman Saleh, delivered President Isaias Afwerki's message to the Emir of Kuwait, Sheik Sebah Al-Ahmed Al-Jabir Al-Sebah, on 20 November.
In the meeting, the two sides held discussion on bilateral and regional issues. The Kuwaiti Emir also expressed goodwill to President Isaias.
Moreover, Mr. Osman held talks with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, Al-Sheik Mohammed Al-Sebah, on similar issues.
