Sudan: We Believe Otti is Alive - Machar

Kampala — THE uncertainty surrounding the fate of Lord's Resistance Army's deputy commander Vincent Otti persists with the chief mediator in the Juba peace process now saying the man could still be alive.

Dr Riek Machar, who is the vice president in the Government of South Sudan, on Thursday told the UN news agency IRIN in Juba that he believes LRA leader Joseph Kony's denials that he had Otti killed.
