27 November 2007

Luanda — Angolan plastic artist Paulo Amaral will open Tuesday, at Casa70 show house, in Luanda, a 22-painting work exhibition, resulting from various techniques created in 14 months, ANGOP has learnt.

The 15-day show is a homage to his late mother, Dona Zita, and is entitled Coreszita.

Among the works are "Missanga", "Cidade do Sol" (a homage to Angolan cities) and "Poeira da Marcha", which reflects the daily living of the citizens.

Paulo Amaral started his artistic career in 1988 and presented his first individual exhibition in 2001. His last exposition took place in August 2007.
