Algeria's telecommunications industry is ready to embrace WIMAX and 3G technologies in the country - this is according to the director-general of Nokia Siemens, Mr Michael Dickman. Dickaman said, "Algeria has achieved the adequate potential to develop 3G and WiMax technologies for its telecommunications sector."
"Local telecommunications", he underlines, "is pretty ready to embrace fixed and 3G mobile telephone convergence."
