Telkom Human Resources Manager, Joseph Tanui, who leads the delegation, said the team would depart on Monday aboard an Egyptian plane.
"I would like to assure you that everything is in place as per the approval of Telkom Management and the team is set to depart on Tuesday," Tanui said.
The club's vice-chairman, Moses Majiw,a said they needed Sh2 million to participate at the event.
They had a fundraising dinner at a Nairobi hotel that realised Sh320,000. Wazalendo appealed to sponsors to help top up the balance.
