Eritrea: Eritreans At Home And Abroad Donate Over 900,000 Krona And Over 18,000 Nakfa to Augment Martyrs' Trust Fund

In continuation of their donations to augment the Martyrs' Trust Fund, Eritrean nationals at home and abroad contributed about 900,000 Swedish Krona and over 18,000 Nakfa for the cause.

Accordingly, Eritreans in Sweden donated 876,621 Swedish Krona, Eritreans in Norway over 18,170 Krona and those in Denmark contributed 11,500 Krona. Similarly, Eritrean citizens in different parts of Sweden pledged to support 110 families of martyrs.

Meanwhile, Mr. Gebremedhin Gebremariam, a national who lives in Agordat, donated 11,000 Nakfa in support of 22 families of fallen heroes, while students of the University of Asmara contributed around 7,600 Nakfa from the money collected for their graduation ceremony towards augmenting the Martyrs' Trust Fund, according to the Ministry of Labor and Human Welfare.
