President Isaias Afwerki today left for Portugal to attend the 2nd Conference of African countries and the European Union.

Leaders and representatives of more than 80 African countries and the European Union will participate in the Conference due to be held in Lisbon from December 7 to 8. It is to be recalled that the 1st Conference took place in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, 4 years ago.

Moreover, on his way to the Conference, President Isaias will pay a working visit to Libya today.
