Angolan banking institutions have been appealed to support the development of the country's culture, particularly the plastic arts.

The call came from the coordinator of "Terra Nova" artistic group, Fernandes de Carvalho "Tozé", Wednesday in Luanda

He was speaking to Angop, at the end of a debate held at the National Plastic Artists (UNAP) showroom, on "Banks: Investment, Art and Culture", with the participation of members of "Terra Nova" group, lovers of plastic arts and a representative of Banco Besa.

According to the artist, with banks and business institutions' support, creators would exhibit more and the country would take profit.
