Eritrean citizens living in the Dutch cities of Amsterdam and Rotterdam held public meetings from December 1 to 2 regarding the objective situation in the Homeland. In the meetings that were characterized by patriotic spirit, the participants reiterated their readiness to live up to the nation's expectations.

The Eritrean Ambassador to Holland, Mr. Mohamed Sulieman, gave briefings on the current situation in the Homeland, the region and the world at large. He pointed out that the TPLF regime, with the encouragement of its masters, is currently engaged in massive preparations to unleash yet another invasion against Eritrea in a bid to escape from the crises it is facing. He further called on Eritrean citizens to strengthen their resistance so as to shorten the life span of the shaky regime.

Recalling the historic victories which the Eritrean people had scored through steadfastly rebuffing enemy hostilities, Ambassador Mohammed reminded the participants of the meetings to remain vigilant in foiling the conspiracies of the TPLF regime and its collaborators.

The participants, on their part, reaffirmed their readiness to stand alongside their people and Government.
