Nigeria: Modibbo, El-Rufai May Clash Over Abuja Land Allocation

Abuja — The report of an in-house Committee set up by the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Dr. Aliyu Modibbo Umar may pitch his administration against that of his predecessor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai.

The Committee, headed by the Minister, was said to have saddled itself with the responsibility of probing allocation and revocation of lands without due process by the el-Rufai administration.
