Nigeria: Former Bayelsa Military Administrator Sues Isreali Firm

Abuja — Former military administrator of Bayelsa State retired Col Paul Edor Obi has taken an Israeli firm, Aeronautics Defense Systems Limited before a Lagos High Court for alleged breach of contract.

Concert Alliance Limited, a company belonging to the ex-military administrator, is the plaintiff in the suit while the defendants are Mr Avi Luemi, the chief executive officer of the Israeli company; the minister of transportation and his counterpart in the ministry of justice.
