Harare — COMRADES, you should see the pictures of the official opening of the EU-Africa Summit in Lisbon so that you can have a better appreciation of the high esteem in which some leaders are held worldwide.

Ask those who accompanied me, the whole programme came to a standstill as photographers and cameramen from all over the world fought tooth and nail to get the best pictures of the man of the moment ... who else other than the dearest leader of your great revolutionary party? And what did I do? Pose in different postures for all of them to get the best shots. Every other leader who was there, including the host, went green with envy as the journalists wrestled to get the best picture of the man who has single-handedly defeated the British and Americans.
