Kampala — LACK of clean water in many parts of Kamuli district has led to the increase in crime and marriage breakdowns, the Budiope MP, Henry Balikowa, has said. "People walk long distances in search of water and in the process they encounter risks such as rape, defilement and increased immorality."
Balikowa was addressing residents at Bugaya trading centre, where the Japanese ambassador, Keiichi Kato, last week commissioned latrines worth sh162m.
