Bali — Members of the United Nations (UN) on Saturday set down a roadmap for two years of negotiations leading to a new worldwide pact that would roll back the threat of global warming.
South African Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, Marthinus Van Schalkwyk said the planned treaty would take effect at the end of 2012 after current commitments expire under the UN Kyoto Protocol.
