Uganda: Boycott Anthem - Besigye

Kampala — FORUM for Democratic Change president Dr. Kizza Besigye has appealed to Ugandans to boycott singing the national anthem, saying President Yoweri Museveni and the NRM Government have disregarded the words 'liberty' and 'freedom' in the anthem.

He said the meaning of liberty and freedom, depicted in the anthem, had not been reflected in the governance of the country.
