Angola: Tocoista Church Releases Simao Toco Biography

Luanda — The tocoista church has recently released a biography of its founding leader, Simao Gonçalves Toco, telling of his life, Angop learned from a source of the congregation.

Sanakiess Andre Domingos, the author of the book entitled "The Phenomenal African Prophet Simao Gonçalves Toco", said the cartoon work is essentially designed for children and people with low level of education.

The 58-page book had the cooperation of the bishop Afonso Nunes, the currently the spiritual leader of the church.

At least 12,000 copies are available for the people that can get it at 1,000 Kwanzas.

The church was created on July 25, 1948, by Simao Gonçalves Toco and is recognised by Angolan Government.
