Kampala — The Uganda Amateur Boxing Federation is to conduct mandatory health tests at the forthcoming National Open Boxing Championships that are slated for January 27 to February 3 at Lugogo Indoor Stadium.
According to the UABF vice president (technical) Aciga Fula, the federation is to conduct HIV, Hepatitis B and random doping tests on all boxers seeking to take part in the showpiece that will be used to select a new national team that will take part in the two remaining Olympic qualifiers.
