Uganda: Country Loses Sh2b in Revenue a Day

Kampala — The Ugandan Government loses over sh1b a day in direct revenues as a result of the post-election violence in Kenya, which has disrupted the flow of goods in and out of the country.

Another over sh1b is lost a day in export revenues to farmers and traders because they are unable to get their products out.
