Eritrean nationals residing in Germany conducted a public meeting in Frankfurt on January 12, during which they asserted that all enemy conspiracies would be foiled thanks to the firm unity of the Eritrean people.

In the meeting in which Eritrean citizens from 25 German cities took part, the participants expressed conviction that Eritrea would, as ever, emerge victorious through rebuffing all acts of enemy conspiracy and hostility.

The Head of Organizational Affairs at the PFDJ, Mr. Hagos Gebrehiwet, gave briefings to the participants on the prevailing situation in the Homeland and the region, as well as the resistance of the Eritrean people both at home and abroad.

The participants of the meeting reaffirmed their readiness to live up to the nation's expectations and stressed the need to reinforce national unity. It is to be noted that similar meetings were held in different German cities last month.
