Somalia: Elder Injured By Ethiopian Soldiers in Mogadishu Lived a Grass Leafs for Seven Days

After he was wounded by Ethiopian troops at Laba-dhagah village Mohamed Ahmad Siad's food life became grass plants after he became land ridden following one of his legs smashed by bullets opened by Ethiopian soldiers to him as he was passing in that village.

As Shabelle visited the man lying at Madina Hospital the victim has said that Ethiopian soldiers wounded him on the 1st of January as he was heading a mosque in his village of Laba-dhagah in Mogadishu

"Beginning from the day I was hurt I was lying on at the same place I have got wounded about 6 six days I tried to flee slowly by walking with the upper body from the place but the soldiers have arrived at me and talked to me strange speech also I made my self as lifeless person so they left me" Mohamed told shabelle as his two eyes were tearing

He also added that it has got difficulty to him even to speak after the lawn leafs he was eating as food came to an end.

" I stride with my backside to go a location far-flung from where the Ethiopian soldiers wounded me were staying where I was staying for five days "he said

Another hand he expressed optimism with reference to his health he told that Madina hospital's doctors told him that he was getting his strength back.

The son of this victim Moqtar Mohamed Ahmed told shabelle that they have been missing there father about a week after they sough him from the prisons, hospitals and other location in Mogadishu they were suspected that there father was available.

Mogadishu residents regularly have severe tribulations from the battles occur in their capital as the Human rights agencies expressed concern about the situation in the capital which they said that more than 1m people of the city dwellers have fled from the hostilities occur thatbadly effect there daily life as the country was lack of functioning government from 1991 after President Mohamed Siad Barre was ousted from power by warlords.
