Luanda — Luanda's collective and urban transports firm TCUL is waiting for the rehabilitation of some of the country's main roads to put in circulation 150 new buses, to reinforce its 100-bus current fleet, on Wednesday announced a source with the company.
The source said the new vehicles have been acquired due to the pace on the repair works of the main roads of Luanda city. The buses are expected to arrive any time this year.
Due to the bad state of the roads, he said, TCUL was forced to reduce its fleet, thus the citizens have serious difficulties to get to some areas of the country's capital city.
TCUL has 100 buses but only 46 are operating in Luanda.
