Kenya: Banking Sector Improves On Non-Performing Loans

Nairobi — The banking system is sound and stable, the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) has said.

In its latest Monthly Economic Review (MER), CBK notes that the sector maintained a strong profitability growth and a general reduction in non-performing loans (NPLs) last year.
