Harare — FORMER Grain Marketing Board acting chief executive Samuel Muvuti, who is facing 508 counts of corruption and fraud, will remain in custody until Friday when the court will rule on his bail application.
In opposing bail, the State yesterday said Muvuti threatened to commit suicide in protest against arrest and subsequent detention, hence he was likely to carry out his threats if released on bail.
