Francistown — Referees boss Harris Lebotse intends to apologise to a Ramotswa Home Defenders player who was not allowed to play in a league match by a referee just before Christmas because of a disability.
27-year- old Keneilwe Ramokhuwa, who was born with one arm shorter than the other, was barred from playing for his side's game against rivals Mokgosi by a whistle man, named only as Mr Piet.
