Garowe — Two separate bombs went off Tuesday night in northern Somalia, killing at least 25 civilians and wounding more than 90 others, officials and witnesses said.
The bombs went off near the entry point to the port of Bossaso, the commercial hub of the Puntland regional autonomy.
