The inhabitants of Adi-Keih sub-zone stated that the construction of a road that runs from Egila to Demhina, which is characterized by tough terrain, attests to the Eritrean government's commitment to promote equitable social services in remote areas of the country.

The road project, under construction through the Bidho Construction Company, is expected to play a major role in facilitating the provision of social services to the villages of Gerbanaba, Demhina, Sibiraso, Karibosa, Mesegolo, Zula, Igila, Sofira and Neba-Gaden.

One of the local inhabitants, Mr. Ibrahim Omar, expressed admiration for the task being accomplished on the basis of domestic capacity.

It is believed that the road would make a significant contribution to the development of the nation's tourism sector.
