Tanzania's flag bearers in the Confederation of African Football club championship, Dar es Salaam Young Africans FC are expected to leave for Antananarivo for the first leg first round match against Madagascar's AS Adema on Sunday.
Club secretary general Lucas Kisasa said Yanga would leave with a contingent of 21 players and several officials. The full line up of the players and officials for the Madagascar trip is; Goalkeepers: Benjamin Haule, Jackson Chove.
Defenders: Fred Mbuna, Credo Mwaipopo, Lulanga Mapunda, Abubakar Ntiro, Amir Maftah, Nadir "Canavaro" Haroub, Wisdom Ndlovu, Hamis Yusuph.
Mildfielders: Athuman Iddi, Abdi Kassim, Castory Mumbala, Waziri Mahadhi.
Forwards: Mrisho Ngassa, Vincent Barnabas, Bernard Mwalala, Aime Lukunku, Maurice Sunguti, Jersson Tegete, Gulla Joshua.
Officials and technical staff: Dusan Kondic (head coach), Spaso Sokolovski, Zivojnov Srdan (assistant coaches), Kenneth Mkapa (team manager), Sheck Mngazija (physician).
Iman Madega (head of delegation), Emmanuel Mpangala (competition committee member), Francis Lucas (publicity secretary.
The team shall be leaving without key players including Laurent Kabanda, Gaudence Mwaikimba, Abubakar Ramadhani, James Chilapondwa and Hussein Swed due to injury.
The team is expected back on Wednesday next week.
