Nigeria: Mak 'Kusare's 90 Degrees Gets Jos Screening

Award-winning movie, '90 Degrees' directed by Mak 'Kusare and a production of Avehil Limited will be exhibited in Jos, Plateau State at the leadership institute today Saturday, 16th February, 2008.

A press release from the producers read: "The long-awaited movie has in its cast Seun Anuwe, Jibrin Homsuk and Bolcit Barshep, among others." It added that they are strong young actors who have brought into the movie tact and energy which has made the film come out with so much life.

The production company behind the movie said: "The movie is a must-watch, as it is a new movie with a new viewing experience. It portrays present-day issues affecting the youths of this nation in a style that redefines cinema in Nigeria and so it is strongly recommended for all categories of viewers."

"It is also interesting to note that this movie was shot in Jos and so we have decided to have it first exhibited in Jos," read the release. The film will be screened at 5:00pm and tickets can be obtained at the venue of the event.

Director 'Mak Kusare recently bagged Future Nigeria's 'Producer of the Year' award, one of the most sought-after laurels among young Nigerian professionals today.
