Eritrea: Nationals Abroad Donate 115,000 Krona And 105,000 Nakfa to Augment Martyrs' Trust Fund

In continuation of the donations made by nationals at home and abroad to augment the Martyrs' Trust Fund, Eritrean nationals residing in different parts of the world donated 115, 200 Krona and 105,000 Nakfa for the cause.

A professional football player, Henok Goitom, 23 years of age, who was born and raised in Sweden, and his family contributed 115, 200 Krona to boost the Martyrs' Trust Fund. He played with the Italian club Udineze in 2003, Ciudad Marcia of Spain in 2005 and at present he is playing with Real Murcia.

Meanwhile, three sisters, Ms. Almaz Woldegebreal and Milenu Woldegebreal, both of whom live in London, and Ms. Akberet Woldegebreal residing in Sweden, contributed a total of 70,000 Nakfa. The money was directed for the funeral service of their late mother. Moreover, another national who resides in London, Mr. Mehari Gietu Legesse, and his family donated 35,000 Nakfa for the cause.
