Eritrean citizens living in Demam, Saudi Arabia, and Bahrain reaffirmed readiness to meet any eventuality through standing alongside their people and government. They expressed this stand in separate meetings held on February 14 and 15.

The Eritrean Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Mohammed Omar Mahmoud, conducted seminar to the participants regarding the prevailing situation in the Homeland and the region. The nationals pledged to contribute half of their monthly salary each to the all-round national drive.

Meanwhile, a cultural show highlighting Eritrean culture and tradition, as well as the nation's rich tourism potentials was staged at the international festival being held in Kuwait from February 17 to 26 in connection with Kuwait's Independence Day. The show was organized in collaboration with both the Eritrean Embassy in Kuwait and Eritrean university students in that country.
